BOOK A BARRE CLASS
Welcome to Barre Set, join Katie for a flowing set of Pilates, Yoga and Strength training moves designed to increase flexibility, strengthen and sculpt the body. We will focus on alignment and stretching throughout to wake up and connect with the mind and body, helping you leave feeling energised.
The class is low impact, focusing on a flow of high repetition exercises that are designed to exhaust the muscle.
What you need to know: Weights and bars are provided so all you need is your mat.
The class is suitable for beginners.
