Service Description

Energise, sculpt and strengthen by the sea for movement that makes you feel good, strong and confident. The Sunset beach session is a mix of Power Pilates, Barre and Strength training moves using a ball and 1kg weights, we'll be mastering our beach clams to our sunset salutations, move it and shake it into the weekend, together! Benefits include: Increased flexibility and mobility Relieve tension and stress Release endorphins Sculpt and align the body Mindful focus on balance Core, Arms, Thighs and Glute strength Classes are beginner friendly, with modifications through out to suit how you feel on the day, as well as layered challenges for those that want to take it to the next level. Everyone is welcome and classes are beginner friendly,

Classes can be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance, after this the class will be non-refundable nor allocated back to any allowances
