Sculpt, align and strengthen with a unique full body flow of pilates exercises and strength training moves designed to leave you feeling stronger, leaner and more flexible. A high repetition, low impact combination of bodyweight and equipment based exercises, set to challenge and strengthen with 1kg weight and ball, focusing on technique and stretch throughout. All set to a uplifting playlist set to increase endorphins and confidence. Did you know? The Ballet Barre is used to help align and balance the body, yes no dancing in Barre just feel good moves All levels welcomed
