This Barre and Stretch class is designed to sculpt and strengthen with an efficient flow of exercises working through the upper body, thighs, glutes and core before moving into a stretch session (suitable for beginners).  

The class is located in the studio on the first floor.

Classes at Abingdon Sports & Leisure take place weekly on Tuesdays.
